Campeonato Argentino de Free Ride, Villa Gesell

En la Foto Javo, Shaper y Juez de Asociacion Internacional de Surf, junto Ross Champion, bicampeon mundial de free ride U.S.A; Tchello Brandao Brasil, presidente de la Asociacion Internacional de Water Craft y Pierre Maixent, tricampeon mundial de free ride Francia.

Una experiencia increible me toco vivir cuando fui invitado por Santiago Baigorria a participar como como juez en el campeonato de Jet Ski Free Ride.
Luedo de hecho el curso de juez otorgado por la I.S.A (Internatinal Surf Association) nunca pense poder aplicarlo en este tipo de competencia.
Cuando fuimos acesorados por Tchello Brandao, Jefe de Jueces, y nos conto que en Jet Ski la modalidad Free Ride, se puntua 50 % Surf, me senti muy identificado al ver maniobras como Re-entry, Cutback, Power Slides, Floater, Bottom Turn entre otros, pero el otro 50 % era de saltos y realmente fue algo nuevo de ver y juzgar gracias a Tchello pude aprender la mayoria de nombres, variantes y puntajes de los saltos.

En lo que pude charlar con Ross me conto que primero fue surfista y lo mejor fue verlo entubado en una pequeña ola Geselina.
